Helpful staff, quality dining, convenient location – an exceptional getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Zamane Fes, Boutique & Spa. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Fatima and Kareem. My spacious room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Medina.

Nothing to mention.

The terrace views were breathtaking! The room was comfy and quiet, and staff like Fatima made sure I felt at home. Just wished the breakfast had more variety. 😊

Additionally, the conversion rates for the payment were not communicated transparently, leading to an unexpected extra charge during checkout, which felt quite unfair. It was disheartening to encounter these challenges during what was meant to be a relaxing stay.

While the staff's friendliness made our stay enjoyable, clarity on parking arrangements would enhance the experience.

The location is perfect, on the edge of the Medina, making it easy to explore. The staff were very welcoming, especially Zakaria who ensured we were well taken care of. Breakfast each morning was delightful, and we loved the two dinners we had, though they could be improved. The evening views from the terrace were stunning, providing a great backdrop for relaxation.

The dinner options could use more distinct flavors.

What a delightful surprise! Walking through the old door led me to a stunning Riad. The staff went above and beyond, especially during my hammam experience. Enjoying traditional Moroccan breakfast while soaking in the ambiance was unforgettable. Make sure to explore the unique terrace views!

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with the most comfortable bed ever and spotlessly clean accommodations that provide exceptional Moroccan hospitality, including a delightful breakfast and convenient location to explore nearby attractions, just a short distance from the airport.

The Suite Royale, Safir was quite comfortable, really spacious, and fabulously decorated with traditional touches. It was super clean and had all the necessities. Just a heads up though, the inner courtyard setup made it a bit noisy since we could hear other guests from our room. But overall, the ambiance of the riad made it all worthwhile.
