The staff, particularly Fatima, were genuinely helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The breakfast became monotonous after a couple of days, lacking any savory options that could enhance the traditional offerings. Additionally, the conversion rates for the payment were not communicated transparently, leading to an unexpected extra charge during checkout, which felt quite unfair. It was disheartening to encounter these challenges during what was meant to be a relaxing stay.

Felt at ease, no reason to complain.

The riad exudes charm with its spacious and beautifully decorated interiors, creating a cozy retreat. Quick access to the Medina saves time, though limited parking can be an issue. The sunset views from the terrace are a highlight, perfect for unwinding. However, the dinner options didn't quite meet expectations, lacking distinctive flavors. While the staff's friendliness made our stay enjoyable, clarity on parking arrangements would enhance the experience.

great location but dinner options fell short
The location is perfect, on the edge of the Medina, making it easy to explore. The staff were very welcoming, especially Zakaria who ensured we were well taken care of. Breakfast each morning was delightful, and we loved the two dinners we had, though they could be improved. The evening views from the terrace were stunning, providing a great backdrop for relaxation.
The dinner options could use more distinct flavors.

The location is convenient near the Medina allowing easy exploration. The staff went above and beyond in making us feel at home and provided valuable insights about the area. Breakfast was delightful, though more variety would enhance the experience.
The breakfast could benefit from a wider selection as it felt quite limited over several days.

The Suite Royale, Safir was quite comfortable, really spacious, and fabulously decorated with traditional touches. It was super clean and had all the necessities. Just a heads up though, the inner courtyard setup made it a bit noisy since we could hear other guests from our room. But overall, the ambiance of the riad made it all worthwhile.
